Warsaw,Poland

Russian army is advancing over Poland, soon they reach the capital city of poland, the warsaw. The german army is ready and will fight over it, to stop the advance of the Red army towards Germany.

I been working on Warsaw project for the past 6-8 months, First layout of the map, configurating where I should have set portals for best spliting and FPS balance, with sketches of buildings around the map, that was done in the first couple of weeks. great amount of detail and originality went into the buildings and terrain, to make the map look crisp and more beautiful and more detailed then the original maps from Call of Duty 2. Through out testing of spawn, glitches, exploits was done by me and my clan from beta tests, to find any possible way people could take advantage of exploits in the future.

This is my third map for Call of Duty 2. I hope you guys will like it, this specific map was submitted to the ModsCon2007 contest, so at this time it cant be released, until 1st of July.

I will release it at that date specified.



Map size: 8-30 (works perfect with any size of people )

game types supported: DM, TDM, CTF, S an D.

What sort of frames per second are we looking at and with what DX?

if a person plays original maps with x7 and constant 91 frames, this map should run at the same level, on x9 it works perfectly also, if your computer can run on x9.
thats what I was going for mostly, perfect constant frames, thats why i went with designing the layout for the most perfect portalling i could do, so it can run at the level the original maps run.

I tested it with my clan friends, some have good computers, run everything on highest settings on x9, with contant 91 frames. when they played my map, the frames were on stable 91 fps also.

Man those are some awesome pics dude! 91 fps in DX9? Wtf my comp can't even get 10 in DX9... oh well...

Holy crap man, i don't think i could make a map that good.
nullFew tips for coding.
1. Keep the script as short as possible.
2. Don't comment every line. Only comment portions where they may be needed to point something out.
3. Don't over complicate the script, keep it organized and easy to read.

These help you find simple errors and makes it easy to make changes.
