Some issues... Call of Duty: World at War : CoDWW MP Mapping It's trying to open it as an excel (comma delimited) file. A CSV is just a text file from a Radiant perspective. Alpha textures Call of Duty 2 : CoD2 MP Mapping The tutorials on alpha blending apply to all three versions of CoD, just the names are different.
