I'm also running XP SP3. I have not updated the .net framework but it sounds like from an earlier post that didn't work anyway.

Here is my whole console from the launcher. This is after I have run it once before already so it goes now in just seconds.

Also, I've run the converter.exe without the launcher program open and the same errors come up.

correct me if im wrong here............

if you DONT run the converter before you run radiant
not all of the textures will load into radiant???

so im assuming launching radiant isnt gonna help.

my lines are EXACTLY the same.......

i just posted to my first error........

but mine are EXACTLY the same .......

at first run It converted for several minutes..........

now about 2-3 seconds and thats it

Any chance this is related to the 1.1 patch? Is anyone getting a successful converter run with 1.1, or is it with the unpatched version?
