how do you package a coop zombie map so i can play LAN coop?? theres no information about this anywhere ?? please help some1, i have it compiled and works fine for me but im unsure of how to package it for download or to give it to ppl so it can connect and work.

Send them the Folder with the FF file in. I'm not sure if it matters if you place it in your user maps folder in your games root or in your C drive. To run the map, host a server then select Competative COOP and your map should be in the list.

Tested this online and it worked. You can indeed simply give the other person your folder with the containing .ff file. And the place it in the usermaps folder inside the documents and settings directory. Both users load mods/usermaps and either can host a server with the map.
