Couldn't be simpler, copy the .map file into the cod5/map_source directory and the prefabs into the _prefabs directory. Then - Open in COD5 Radiant - your prefabs won't show, because the folder name in COD4 was "prefabs" and the cod5 one is "_prefabs" ... [more]
