im have ing pain in neck from trying to get lighting to work?

can someone point me in right direction pleeaaassseeeee
my light has these:
_color / 1.000000 0.000000 0.000000
classname / light
def / tunsten_lamp
exponent / 0
fov_outer / 100
origin / *********
radius / 256
target / spot1

i compiled with all compile options selected and extra and modelshadow under light options.
worldspawn settings are just the normal ones for decoy sky....
but it seems none of the lights in my map work
thanks for any help

def / tunsten_lamp does not work it gave me an error and refused to carry on compiling, so I changed the name to the correct name tungsten_lamp and it then worked fine. The g from tungsten is missing in the Docs/Lighting Documentation/Local Lights tutorial.

light_point_quadratic
light_dynamic

this is what i was referring too..

3. Def(def preset: The falloff definition of the light. This variable uses a one pixel high texture to set the type of falloff you want. You can find existing def setting on the light.gdt file in texture assets or you can make a custom falloff type by making a new texture and adding it to the lights.gdt file yourself

For some reason, I can't select a light after it's placed. I do the normal SHIFT-CLICK as in CoD-Radiant, but it selects the wall behind it. And yes, I am selecting the light in the 3D window.
