i am currently re-creating an Austrian village church and need to put in a clockface....i would appreciate it if anyone could help by telling me where to get a prefab of one .but better still would be how to build one myself.........please help

You Make a texture of a Clock Face.
But A Working Clock Would Need To Be Scripted.

OR:

you try to remake this:



The bottompart is a manipluted cilinder and the top are 4 manipulated simple patch meshes (bended like in the bunker tutorial)
You might want to use a different texture, but that's about it

There's an xmodel....... (it dont go round though)






Its xmodel/railstation_clock_p

It has a bracket on the side, I simply surrounded this with 4 brushes as you can see it looks OK

Well maybe it doesnt look Ok on account of the bad screenie but I promise you it looks Ok in the map

It is possible to make a standalone script to handle clocks, if there is enough interest in one I'll make one. How's that?

can u attach the script to the windows personal clock so you have the right time displayed in game, or this that like way in possible, lol

Sure.. would be fun.. however..

Given the fact that a round never lasts very long, it will be something which most people won't notice.

Ricsta: I doubt that's possible.

Good point TC, I didnt think of that.. LOL

Maybe a simple routine that moves the clock hands a little and chimes a minute or two into the round would be enough.
