Hi !

I have a brush on which I put a texture (mostly alpha) and I'd like to walk through it.

Do you think this is possible ?

Hi

I don't know if this will help but in SoF1 mapping you give the texture on the brush a "mist" property so that you can walk through it... [thumbs_up]

I made a mistake once while caulking a map.....few of the brushes were textured with caulk_noblock and I was able to walk through walls......so try texturing the non-visible sides of the brush with caulk_noblock [thumbs_up]

make the brush in no_draw then texture the sides u wanne texture .
for example a hidden room behind a wall make a entrance in no_draw and texture the outsides in same as the wall.

If I remember correctly, the differance between nodraw and caulknoblock is wether it splits or not during VIS stage of the compile - caulk splits, nodraw doesn't...
