It's an outdoor map featuring three bridges, a railroad track and lots of trees and grasses. This is my first map.





It's ready to go. there may be a bit of a lag issue. The map has portals and they may (this time) be causing some issues. I may do a portal free compile and see how that behaves.

DL' it and gimme your opinion.

The map is compatable with Deathmatch, Team Deathmatch, Headquarters and Search and destroy.

It's a Beautiful map. Nice Job . The atmosphere is great.
Great job on the truss bridge.

Top looking map. One problem I did spot is with your exploding barrels (sorry, I was being nosey and looking at the script :P). You have the soundalias set to local. This causes the sound to be heard at the same volume all over the map. Changing it to voice will give the explosion sound a definite direction and range.

Wonderful map - especially the long grass :D

Ok, I didn't know that. I've got one floating tree. If I get enough "BTW did you see this?" reports I may fix everything and post it back up. I've been over the thing backwards and forwards but there's always stuff you miss and always some better way to do it.

I wanted some thunder to roll off in the distance after a few minutes but didn't know how to write the code.

Looks really good, be putting on my servers for sure.

As for glitches in maps, every map has them unless you go for like 6 months beta testing. Atfer mapping for a while, on your project you become somewhat 'blind' to minor things. Other people will often spot them really easily, and you think 'How the hell did i miss that?'

Aslong is it doesnt effect gameplay much or at-all, it doesnt really matter a huge amount.

There's been an updated version of this map made - with some terrain work and CTF put in. The unit I used to play with is EXTREMELY distracted with World Of Warcrack right now (gawd, I hate that game) and I want to test it before releasing. Is anybody willing to host it on a server tonight?
