ive been using a few for decorative effect but they can all be walked through, u can hide within the model, is there a way, maybe a different folder of solid models tanks etc all i can find is the non-solid ones.

most decorative xmodels are walk through the normal ones are not.

decorative ? where are the normal models then, i just use xmodels, whats the difference, where can i find normal models ?

He means small models mainly used for little detail, such as lamps and things. Models such as couches, tables, and others should be solid. To make a model solid, I believe you just click on it, and select a clip texture from the Common folder :D

Theres also tanks that are walk-through and yeah to make them solid just make a brush with the clip texture around the model.

no it was tanks tec that i can walk through, seems a bit awkward to build a no clip texture all around the model but if its the only way, cheers
