Author Topic: Problem Running Level (gsc file related) :(

So, I complied, ran it, and then when it was about to load and had a fatal error that states:
"Error during initialization:
script runtime error
(see console for details)
(file 'maps/mp/gametypes/_callbacksetup.gsc', line 10)

I am pretty sure what is causing this (the gsc file), in which, when I right clicked and created the text file, named it "mp_first.gsc", it didn't change the file extension, like foyleman's did. SO it is "mp_first.gsc.txt" for the WHOLE extension, when I right click it. How do i make it change?

Open Windows Explorer
Tools->Folder Options
Tab "View"
UNcheck "hide extentions for known filetypes".

It dont make no difference at all still the same errors

im getting the exact same errors , yes mine is named the same , yes it is a gsc file, but the same error occurs?

Not sure if it helps, but when I get any sort of error message I make sure I remove all existing custom maps/mods out of the main folder. [idea]

doesnt that mean that i cant use the custom maps on servers? Id have to download them again? Did it work for you?
