Some people dont half over react, its not as if you cant just buy games off the web @ any age (and cheaper prices). Rating is pointless as they really do nothing.

And i think some people have played to many violent games and should calm down!! before they knock over some one with a cement mixer whilst listening to gangsta rap

Actually I think he's PO'ed because he's seen what some of the modders do.........and realizes that the modders maps and mods are better than what the PAID PROGRAMERS did!

Really though, I don't think it's anything to worry about. First person shooters have been modded ever since the very first Castle Wolfenstien came out! I remember downloading a mod for the original DOOM (from a BBS, this was back before the days of the internet! ), that changed the bull like monsters into Barney!
And if ESRB is going to get upset about some nudity: Anyone remember Duke Nukem 3D? I seem to remember some naked chests with tassels and Duke running around yelling "Holy S***!" quite often, but I don't remember any rating on the box!

Modders are what make the game last long as everyone here has said or noted. After you've played the game through, and then played online (for those that can). That leaves 2 options: Find some mods or toss the game in the closet and wait for another one. And who wants to wait?
Have fun modding. Let's just keep it violent though , no porn or nudity. Evidently the world wants WAR not LOVE!
