Make a mp_global_intermision and rename it via the entity menu. (Press N whilst having the mp_global_intermision selected)
Key: classname
Value: mp_tdm_spawn
or
Open mp_test.map then select a TDM or DM spawn point and copy selection to your map.

when i try to run the mp_test map from the compiler i get an error..
here is what the console says:
