trademark148: you could place the models using daevius tool and afterwards, change the classname misc_model to misc_prefab inside the .map file. If there's a corresponding collision map (.map file containing clip brushes, located in CoD4\collmaps\, sharing one name with the model), your models will get collision. consider this as a workaround.

sevenz: my map is huge that would take days to do.
Full-Demon: then the trees would not have collision and u would walk right through them
sevenz: i also want grass but i guess i could do trees first

inside .map file means using a text editor, e.g. Programmer's Notepad. It support regular expressions. At least for me it would take a few minutes only to write a regex and last less than a second to replace all appearences of a specific misc_model to misc_prefab

if he adds prefab support, they will have collision

this is what i did.
1st i used the tool to place misc_model nodes
2nd i changed all of them to trees
3rd i used the tool again to make grass
and that worked

Great Tool !! Very Handy !

I.W needs to implement this in a Radiant update imo.

This tool saves LOADS of work !
