I have 4 spawners behind a hill (the hill is a patch), their names are e1, e2, e3 and e4. When I run the map they don't spawn and in the console I get the error:

The last time I got this error I just placed more path nodes, then it worked again. (I don't really know what fixed it). So I try that again but no good. What exactly does "telefrag" mean anyway? And how do I get them to spawn?[confused]

well, I have never tried to do a SP map, but from what I read about spawning for MP after doing a search:

I will refer to this as a "DM Spawn" point. These should be placed fairly regularly about your map, and you should have as many as you think will be necessary to accomodate as many players as will populate your map at peak capacity. Too few, and you are likely to have telefragging, where a player spawns "on top" of another player.


So my guess is that you need more than one spawn point for multiple spawners to prevent this.

telefrag means that an entity (typ. player) was in the exact coordinates of the spawn point
