ur talking about a bind. to make a bind in CoD type this in console:

/bind [letter or number here] say "^1Hello ^1World"

If it wont let u type wat u want to make a bind try typin it on xfire or somehing first then copy and paste into console. (press ctrl+v to paste)

I think you mean binds.

Theres 2 ways you can do this, but i find writing a .cfg file is best. Open notepad type

Code:
/bind z say_team "^1Take ^5Cover"

Then do every command/bind you would like
/bind= key you want saying bound to
say_team= would say it only to team your on, you can use say for global chat

Then put your saying in quote marks using colour code you want. Then save as "autoexec_mp.cfg". Stick that your your CoD main folder, then in game type
/exec autoexec_mp.cfg

Then your binds should work. if you name the file exactly what i said it shouldnt need that "/exec autoexec_mo.cfg" eveytime you join a game once should do it.:)
