It means you've created an enitity (xmodel or something) but deleted the key "classname", which tells the game what kind of entity it is (script_model, spawnpoint, xmodel or any other kind of entity)

Export your file to a .map file
Open your .map file in Notepad
Scroll down and check if every entity has a correct "classname".
Found it?
Now you can do things:
1) Remember the entity number and open your map in Graydiant, go to Misc -> find Brush, enter the number and delete the model

1) Remember the entity number and open your map in Graydiant, go to Misc -> find Brush, enter the number and fill in the correct classname.
