Reinstalled XP this morning, fresh install on CoD:WaW, the patches and a new download of the mod tools V1.1 and V1.2.

Windows updated as far as is possible.

.net Framework 3.5 SP1 installed and updated.

The Launcher opens fine. everything works form it except Asset Manager. When i click the asset manager button, in the console it says FAILED TO EXECUTE asset manager . I then execute the Asset manager.exe from the bin folder and get an error of.....

C:\Program Files\Activision\Call of Duty - World at War\bin\asset_manager.exe

This application failed to start beacuse the application configuration is incorrect. Reinstalling the application may fix this problem.

Reinstalled on Vista and XP. Slighty different error message on Vista, but I've uninstalled Vista so can't post that error.

Any1 with any ideas?

Yup he did. He was having this issue on vista so he installed XP this morning and the issue continues even after installing everything correctly/running converter etc.
