Finally... We are back online

Whew. What a weekend. Here I was looking at the server getting slower and slower. I thought perhaps a bad program was running. So, the best solution in those cases is to restart the server. Lo and behold... the hard drive on the server crashes on boot and we lose everything.

After banging the keys for two days (with my fingers and head) the website is now back up and we only lost 14 hours of data. Not bad.

The downloads are going to take a little longer to get back online so pleas... [ There's more ]

MODSOnline.com Team Speak Servers

Thanks to one of the members here at the site, Scooby22, we now have 2 Team Speak servers up and running (16 and 50 man servers). Please bare in mind that this is a trial run for us here and there may be hic-ups (Although few) along the way. Both servers require you to download Team Speak Client (Link Provided in Block on left of site) You can chat about your maps in progress or even use the servers for your gaming needs.

MODSOnline Mappers Weekend - Server Party

From 16th - 17th July 2005, Supersword will be hosting a custom map server party. We will be playing custom maps, joping to give people the opportunity to show off their mapping skills, give people some inspiration and of course, to have some fun.

The game will mostly be TDM, as all maps chosen support this gametype. As well as a few BETA maps, we will be playing some completed work by members such as Rasta, The_Caretaker, Dad of Azz, HyBr!D and sear, along with many other great mappe... [ There's more ]

Website Maintenance

We will be performing website maintenance some time over the next 72 hours. Specifically, the forums will be completely updated which means that they must be shut down for approximately 1 hour.

Included in this update is a new bbcode system which will effect the private message system.

Don't worry about what is already contained within the forums and private messages as this information will not be lost. It will be imported into the new system.
