Modsonline down for a few minutes

MODSonline.com was down for a few minutes just now. Not sure why, but it's back now. Yes... I am always watching and ready to fix whatever pops up. hehe.

Let's get a few MODSonline.com mappacks together. There's a ton of maps out there so I need help determining what to put in these packs. Post a comment to this request containing:

Newsletter Issues with Hotmail and Yahoo

It seems that MODSonline.com is having issues sending email to hotmail (msn) and yahoo email users. On Feb 9th, our newsletter was rejected by hotmail. Today, I see that all of our yahoo subscribers are having their email delayed.

If I were to guess, I think that these two domains are blocking email that comes in bulk. Because we have more than one subscriber from each of these domains, we have a bulk of email. When I test a single email to hotmail, it goes right through.

MODSonline DB Issues Resolved

Sorry gang. Seems we were having some database issues that are now resolved. It's one of those types of issues that you don't know about until you visit the site. So, I really don't know how long the site was inaccessible. It's back up and running now and there is no loss of any data so don't worry about that.... [ There's more ]

Raven Forums Import - Site Downtime

In a little while, MODSonline.com will be closed down for a brief amount of time. During this time, the old Raven forum data will be imported into our own forums. This process should not take more than 30 minutes. While we perform this operation, a notice will be posted on the only available page restating what we are doing.

We have created a page containing all of the official MODSonline.com servers. ServerSpy stats are displayed so you can see everything that is happening on these servers. I figure the reason they are so empty is because no one knows about them.

Lost Passwords and Confirmations

For the past few days, those of you who requested your lost passwords and email confirmations for already established accounts may not have been receiving your emails. I found an issue where some emails were not being properly sent.

This issue has been resolved. If anyone suspects that something isn't quite right with the inner workings of this website, please fill out a contact form. I'll do what I can to immediately fix any problems.
