I have found that I had to slow the rotation WAY down. It still shakes alittle but it's playable now. I will put it up on the downloads when I am done.

I have a question off the subject. When I insert a fire FX its upside down in the map?

Finshed it. I just edited the FX in the editor. For some reason the modsonline keeps giving me errors when I upload it. Here is a DL link.

perhaps not the same effect but you could just make the boxes move..not the platform

gl tho

remember the gren launcher too...it can ruin a map

Hi all,

Cool remake of Spin X of the UO version.

I'm working on a similar concept and I have put on several prefabs.
After long hours of searching and not finding anything usefull it seems that I have to remove the prefabs,what infact is a shame,because it would be great looking.

As far as I could see it's not possible to let the prefabs rotate around one centre axl.

Now my question: Is this still in any way to do so (I don't mind the work)
Please give me some help with this,Im bad in scripting and still a noob in mapping

You could try making the platform, prefabs and script origin a prefab of it's own, add that prefab to your map and try rotating the one prefab... not sure if it will work for sure, but it sounds good in theory... [rolleyes]

EDIT: The tut says it won't work with prefabs, but maybe you could make it a model? I know I've created fan blades from brushes and meshes, added the script origin, and saved it... after which I could import it into any map, scale it and rotate it... There HAS to be a way LOL
