Well, the new binoculars that can call in artillery is cool, except for the shells explode above the ground. I don't know if there is something wrong with my skybox, or if i need to change something else. Btw, this is for my map, not a stock map. Maybe no one has had a chance to test this on custom maps, but their is a way to check without a LAN. In the s&d gametype you can repeatedly plant explosives until you get the ability to call an artillery strike. When I call in the artillery, it explodes at what seems like where my skybox is. I would appreciate any help.

I had the same problem too.
I simply made my skybox a bit bigger and that seemed to take care of it.

For clarification, the essential part of bigger is taller.
The sky needs to be taller than the start of the artillery coming in.

Actually that is not entirely true.

You need to texture all the faces of the skybox ROOF and SIDES with the SKYBOX TEXTURE.

The BASE NEEDS to be all CAULK then the skybox height is irrelevant.

This is the correct siolution as shown in the FOY map in the editor.
