In 3 years of mapping i've never had this before, somehow I can't select models anymore, propably because I changed something while I didn't notice it, anyone got an idea? P.S I can still select them with the "Select inside" feature but clicking on them doesn't work anymore.

Just guessing, Im at work :( so nop radient on this box...) is there a button at the top right of editor that toggles model selection on and off? I know there is for entitys.

Look for the toolbar icon of the E with a cross through it. Selecting that will disable the selection of entities. Just click to unselect it and you should be able to select models again.
