Hi @all!

I started with a small brush with terrain patch which density was set to 16 in height and width. After this, I just copied the brush several times to get a big terrain.

When compiling this map, I get an error about "max terrain collisions reached (65536)" or something like this.

What went wrong? What is ment with "collisions" in this case?
The terrain-brushes dont overlap... or do I have to "merge" them in any way?

How many terrain patches are we talking about here?

How dense are they? (height and width of each triangle in units)

i believe this error is caused by too many vertices - not too sure tho.

I only made 1 terrain patch with 16 in width and height and copied this terrain again and again aligning them to each other.

I dont know how many terrain patches are there over all, but there are many ;)

And yes, there was something about the vertices in the error message.

Hmm, just the wrong way building a map?

Thought it would be helpful and easier for creating hills and such thing on the map when having a detailed terrain with many vertices. :(
