i have cod2 1.3 and i have downloaded the compiler, ive made the maps i want to compile, and i hit the butten, but the top line says acess deneyed. so it wont compile right. also, it doesnt make the folders in the main foler. can someone please help me out? e mail: mattmansfirehole@hotmail.com xfire:matmanthekiller nickname is Crack

poof cough, cough... this poof makes me cough. We should try something else. hehe. suggestion: Run your mapping editor/compiler and related programs as an administrator in Vista. This is done by right clicking on the start icon. Then select "Run as Administrator". Radiant, compile, single player games and multi-player games all need to be started this way. This may help you to continue your work in this environment. I actually have no experience with Vista. I've just done some looking around. hope that blurb above helps..

Well, i run vista too ... I'm not a windows fanatic but i bought a new computer and it had vista so ... Be sure to run the setup also as an administrator!!! Right click the setup icon, go to compatability and check (as mentioned) the "run as administrator" AND the "XP service pack 2" box. After installing like this ... don't forget to run the editor/compiler also as an administrator. Doing so, it'll run, if not ----->
