Ive got two things I wanna do, which probably use quite a bit of scripting. I am not a scripter and am not good at it at all. Matter of fact, I dont even understand scripting, lol. Here are the two things I wanna do:

1) There is one training map I played that had a big rotating wheel with a Krout texture on it. It spun horizontally and acted as a moving target for the MG sitting right outside. I want to know how to make a rotating object.

2) Is there a way to have a bullet-triggered event? I want to have a trigger stuck with the target and have them both rotating, and have the trigger change a texture back and fourth. Basicly, when the rotating target comes around, if they get a bullseye, to change a texture to another then back in like a 1/10 second (so you or another person can tell you got a bullseye from the flickering texture).

I know the rotating part is possible, but is the bullet-triggered thing? Keep in mind Im pretty much a complete n00b at this, just wanna know if someone could help me with it.

try downloading Shotguns_Rooms and zielgle, they have moving stuff, shootable stuff, doors, and more.. and the map file is included

a bullet can trigger an event - but would involve creating a static model of the "spinning wheel" as a script brush model then hiding it until the bullseye is targeted...tho i am unsure if you can script the trigger to move....theorhetically - you should be able to...but it may be a TON of trial and error...
