Hi,

I've made an indoor map where some rooms are brighter than others. The problem I am having is that in a darker room the light from other brighter rooms seeps though the tops and bottoms of walls.

Any ideas how to stop this?

When you wach your 2d editor and you select the lights in the "lighted" room you see the radius of your lights. If the radius is going through the walls it might help to either give the radius a lower value, or move the lights farther away from the dark room. You could also make some blacklights in the dark room excactly where the light is leaking, but i,m not sure if that works.

I used to have those problems in SoF I fixed it by making the walls where the lights were coming through a bit thicker fixed the problem...Not sure if it works for Cod2 however

Tried the occluder, didn't seem to work. Is there any specific way in which to use it.

I made a brush with the occluder the same size as the wall.
