just download a name flasher from www.codfiles.com or you can make 1 by youself.. just make a .cfg and put this in it:
name ->O<-
name -->Ow<--
name --->OwN<---
name ---->OwNe<----
name ----->OwNeD<-----

etc. just change the ->OwNeD things

um... no....
you have to make a script file in notepad.

Example
-----------------------
name "Effect"
wait 10
name "Effec"
wait 10
name "Effe"
wait 10
name "Eff"
wait 10
name "Ef"
wait 10
-----------------------
and so on.... but when people make there name flash there eally changing the color of there name so...

Flashing:
-----------------------
name "^3Effect"
wait 10
name "^7Effect"
wait 10
name "^3Effect"
wait 10
name ^7"Effect"
wait 10
-----------------------

and so on... the wait thing is how long it has before the next name.... 10 is pretty quick.

after your done save it as whatever.cfg.. (replace whatever to your likings..

then put whatever.cfg in your main folder in uo or whatever...

then in console do
/bind 1 exec whatever.cfg

then like a bind it should go off as u made it in notepad
this does not work in S&D though....

Note though.. some servers find this stuff incredibly annoying and kick or even (temp)ban for too many name changes.
