Can anybody help me create a server config file, and get it all up and running, ive not got a clue, thanks in advance.

"C:\Program Files\Call of Duty\CoDUOMP.exe" +set dedicated 2 +exec dedicated.cfg

1 copy your coduomp shortcut on desktop
so you now have two
2 with the copy
u need to right click your copy of coduomp shortcut then right click and change the text in the 'target line' replace it with this

"C:\Program Files\Call of Duty\CoDUOMP.exe" +set dedicated 2 +exec dedicated.cfg
apply it and close
thenmake a copy the cfg file from main or uo and delete the text pasting all the following text over it
//if your running a mod use the example cfg included with mod and personalise it
and copy the following
put this above the text in mod config

Yeah there are a couple of mods i would like to include in with the server, and is it easy to include non stock maps in with all this too, ie say a map ive downloaded or one ive done myself, thanks in advance.

Im trying to set up a (Home Server) very hard to do but I need this script yes ? to make it all work Im behind a firwall so u all know :)

Yeah that would be great GILLTAR if you could send me some examples, i could really get to grips with it then, ive had a crack at the map building and would like to get the server thing going to, i'm not a 100% yet on how you get the mods linked in with it but i'm getting there, i really want to get this up and running properly cuz we have a big family group locally with 3 and 4 pc's per household and we want to have everybody on a server with the maps we all like and all the mods we like, and ive been given the job of hopefully getting it all working, so i would be really greatful of all the help you can offer, thanks in advance. ow yeah msn is apjc1965@hotmail.com
