My [WIP] for MoDScon, go easy the critiqing! Its my first time using hammer, lol. Feedback is highly welcomed as I want to know what the players want. Below is a short vid showing the opening portion. Thanks for looking! [thumbs_up]

Some of the shadows seemed a bit too soft. Lightmaps can make a level look a lot better

Great start on the map. It's a pretty short recording so it's not easy to critique.

I like the environment as it could lend some nice challenges to gameplay. Also plenty of places for a zombie to suddenly appear (As you go around a corner).

Regarding the lighting, it would probably look better if you threw in some cubemaps. I know... you probably aren't even at that point of construction yet, but take a look at this wiki page:

Thanks for all the comments and feedback guys! Thank you cz_squishy and Foyle for posting those tutorials on lighting they will help a ton. [thumbs_up]

I would also like to thank Jynx and Welshy for all those late night Steam messages helping me solve the problems I occured.
