I have recently been on a couple of servers that have these very informative information screens that appear right after the map loads. It is at this screen that rules and expectation of visitors are listed. I would love to add one of these to our server. I attemtped a search of "information page" but I did not have very good results.

Can someone point me in the right direction for finding a previous post, or tutorial, on this.

it's more likely called "welcome screen", "motd" (message of the day) or "welcome rules info" (openwarfare mod: Code)
