Hi all, Im almost down with my second map, when i finished my first map i asked on this forum how to send it to friends and welshy helped with this Quote: You need to go to your codww main directory then usermaps then yourmap name. There should be a fastfile called yourmapname. That is the file you need to send your freinds. There are two places that they need to put it however. The first is the same location that you just got your fast file from other is C:\Documents and Settings\yourusername\Local Settings\Application Data\Activision\CoDWaW\usermaps Your freinds will have to create a folder called yourmapname and place the fastfile in there. Note - To be able to see the second location you will need to go to tools then folder options and select show hidden files. When i did this we could only play the map as a standard co-op mission it wouldnt let me load it in zombie mode. Do i have to add more files or do somthing im not to get it to play in zombie mode, i have noticed in other maps i have downloaded they contain such files as "mod.arena" and "mod.ff" some even have "mapname.iwd". Thanks.

Ok ive got it now, i done a quick search and found i had to add an arena file. Why isnt stuff like this added to any TuTs or wikis. The TuT for begginers found on this site is good but a more detailed TuT would be better.

Thanks, i didnt think of searching the COD4 TuTs i supose the are all the same, as for the treyarch wiki it just confuses the hell out of me wich is why i get most of my info from this site. What would be helpful is a TuT similar to the begginers tut here but a bit more indepth, but if you search properly like i did the answers are there. Hopfuly my new map should be out for use over the next few days just need to do some in clan testing. Thanks
