well ive been working on a map everything went good no problems at all, later on i decided to change my maps name cuz i didnt like it so much so after i changed the maps name the whole map gets a red tint, when i turn specular map on in settings i get the red tint but when specular map is off theres no red tint and no its not the reflections this only happend after i changed the name.

Have you created a lightgrid for your map?

Use Reflection Probes.

maybe i wasent clear enough.. this is not a problem of a reflection or grid i did both the map wasent red tinted before i changed the name and it only gets red with specular map setting on is there any fix for this?

Then i would suggest turning specular map setting off again. Maybe your video card doesn't support that setting.

i dont think thats the problem because i sent the map to my friend so he can test to see if he gets it too and its the same, its not my video card cuz as i said before i changed the maps name i had specular map on and the red tint wasent there

Not sure what the fix is but just to let you know more than anything
I had the same problem, map was all good released it to the public no probs what so ever
Untill i Re-did the map with a few extras in it and a bit bigger
Still no probs untill i came to change the map name the same as goldman11
Then thats when i had the whole map in a red tint??
Still to this day i aint got a clue what went wrong?
All i did was to save the map as another name re-did all the files that went with the map and recompiled it?

thats exactly what i did and i dont get it why it goes red though for me its only with that option on its quite annoying cuz most of ppl use that option and well they cant play a red map

It's usually caused by someone omitting the 'compile reflections' step, but I don't know what you've done.

i did all the steps didnt skip even 1, could it be if i revert to the other name it would fix it?
