Yea i know i should look for another forum to tell me how to make a elevator but it was late and i just wanna type this forum up and get an answer how do you make a elevator cause ive been wondering how for a long time please help if you can :D

and i forgot to add i want to know how to make the elevator go a surtain hieght and how to make the switch go with the elevator cause when i got it to go the switch stayed down. and another thing i wanna know how to get the elevator to go up and go down automatically after a surtain amount of time

If you want to make an elevator just make your own elevator in 2d view script brush model and in entity give him Targetname/elevator

And if you want the elevator go autimatic up/down make it a trigger_multiple if you want clicking to F moves make trigger_use_touch anyways in the entity of the trigger make Targetname/trig_elevator

i give you here the script

thread elevator3();
}

elevator3()
{
elevator=getent("elevator3","targetname");
trig=getent("trig_elevator3","targetname");
while(1)
{
trig waittill ("trigger");
elevator movez (630,7,1.9,1.9);
