Hey, I am having troubles with Zombies Mode. I have the scoring and MOST of the sounds working. I cannot get any sound from walking, running, some of the weapons, and zombies, etc.

Also, I cannot get the zombies to attack. They just sit there for about 5 seconds and then they die.

Any ideas?

Make sure you place path nodes around the areas you want them to walk to. That might fix the problem.

Probably one of two things. You didn't compile paths or you didn't add in any board windows for them to go to.

From what I've made its most likely you didnt select the connect paths. I didn't know that was needed but I had it selected in my zombie map. They would chase me when I had path nodes and that selected. I didn't have any boards so thats probably not the issue. Definitely check the connect paths in the launcher.

I have done all of this, and they still sit there and die. Also, I cannot get blockers to work, or any other models I put into my map. They either don't appear or I can walk through them.

I followed instructions on spawning the zombies, etc, but still they sit there and die.

Debug time.

Go to console.
/developer 2
/g_entinfo 1
/ai_shownodes 1
/ai_shownodesdist 1024
/ai_shownearestnode 64

Do the zombies have a line going from them to a location with a circle around it?
Do your nodes have light blue lines connecting to each other? If they have red Xs then they're bad.

Not all models have collision, but most should. You can make a custom collision for a model you want and place it in raw\collmaps.

Which console? In-game, while playing the map, or the launcher console?

Nevermind, got it debugging now.

I have some red X's near/inside my building (made it quickly just to test Zombie mode). Also, it says in the image below 'no target', is that something to do with the problems I'm having (don't mind the lighting, was messing around lol):

Your nodes look alright, you def will need a window in there. I'm not sure how the other guy got the Zombies to attack without a window but I had the same problem you did when I didn't have a window nearby for them.

Place it right next to their spawners for testing purposes, they might just ignore and go straight for you or rip through it and then go straight for you.

Edit: By window I mean the boards prefab.
