it says that it is already being used by another process, this mean that somone or thing is using it, when you run compile tools, make sure that the cod4 radiant and the cod4 game are NOT loaded and make sure you don't have anyother call of duty 4 programmes running in the back ground. Or if u have different users on the computer make sure there not using it

and if that doesn't work, try deleting the "bin" in your cod4 folder and uninstall cod4 mod tools and reinstall. if it don't work then i don't know [ohwell]
