witch command do you need? Server commands, gameplay? or do you mean create your own command? I think that you have to create an gsc in the gametype folder but i don't know exactly

Yes, if you're using it for a custom map than you will have to define the cvar inside your mapname.gsc file... setcvar("command", 0); This function sets a new cvar "command" with an initial (default) value of 0... getcvar("command"); This one retrieves the current value of the cvar... The setting can be: an integer (-1, 0, 1... etc) a float (-0.1, 0.0, 0.1... etc) a string ("someword") Here's a recent topic about using custom cvars from the UO section: http://www.modsonline.com/Forums-top-85149.html
