Hey all,

I've been experimenting with some of the tools textures today, but I just can't figure out what nosight actually does.

I have the slightest idea that I can use this to make the engine think that player can't look at the area within the nosight volume, but what exactly does nosight do? How does its extensions (_snow, et cetera) modify nosight's functions?

Any answers to my questions will be appreciated.

No_sight affects AI. Extensions (if any) determines the factor of how much they can't see through the brush.

I see, but when I use no_sights, the engine assumes the player can't see through that point, as AI can spawn within the volume of no_sight althought the player can see the spawnpoint. I suppose this is also one of the functions of no_sight.

Thank you for the information. I was unsure whether the renders would be blocked through no_sight.
