This is a mp_vacant styled cs_office replica. I'm not going for 100% historic accuracy as Counterstrike and COD4 play differently anyway. Let me know what you think, what to add/take away from the design.

Also, does anyone know how to add a few dead civilian hostages to the map (i.e. how do you make a character look fallen on the floor?

Please give feedback, i want this to be the best map possible!

it actually looks exactly like the vacant map... maybe you should try a different atmosphere to your map, this way it doesn't look like its your map, but more a MP_vacant copy...

still very nice and detailed by the looks of it.

Thats the plan, as I said. Be critical, please tell me what you want/dont want. [thumbs_up]

While, yeah, it will have the mp_vacant atmosphere (which I love), it will have the cs_office layout, pretty accurately.

I'm still learning and imitation is the fasted way, plus all the textures that come with radient fit into certain groups and they are designed to go together.

wow amazing man, nice work on finding the right textures.. i tryed to make some vacant map too some while ago.. didnt work out that great, used wrong textures

would you mind sharing what sort of textures you used for the hallways? hehe

No offense but it looks exactly like vacant. While I understand you were going for similar this is like an expanded clone. Try to atleast use different textures.

I guess most people are thinking this. I just love the feel of vacant and have imitated a number of parts of it but in the cs_office layout. Is it not worth continuing?

Looks good either way. Can't wait to play it. By the way, where did you get the workstation prefabs/models (last image)? I looked all over and couldn't find them. I ended up making my own prefabs, but I have no problem switching back to the stock ones.

and it is worth finishing it tbh

using diffrent textures would suck imo, cuz then it wouldnt be that cod4 style =)
