Is it possible to have 2 triggers to open one door? or does this give script compile errors or something??

yes it is possiblem why not? I would first try out and then ask

U have a door and at both sides a trigger which opens the door, but u need to check the state of the door rather if it is open or closed so that u don't open it again while it is open
so just delcare at the beginning the state and check it within the script btw u could also use an array for the triggers

doortrigger waittill ("trigger");
if (!level.dooropen) { // fragt ab, ob die Tür offen ist und wenn nicht dann wird sie geöffnet
