load your map. compile even though there is a leak. This will create a pointfile. go to the menu option Load > Pointfile...

Follow the red line to the leak in your map.

if you saw a red line in the map, then it really did lead you to the problem. At least, that is what the game is telling you is your problem.

It could be a tiny hole, a transparent texture, an entity outside of the map, etc.

if it's a hole in geometry, I'd suggest turning the grid size to the largest you can use without being destructive to your map, selecting every object, and hitting ctrl+g to snap them all to the grid.

It could also be, say, a glass texture that looks out into the void, or a number of other non-leak problems that just sound like leak problems.

Of course, you can always just make a big airtight caulk box around everything. (Though, I've never done this. Might this pose a problem?)

ohhh.. not that good of an idea. You are only going to end up making your map larger and probably have worse frame rates. You should fin d the cause.

I just used the pointfile to find some leaks; it's really helpful. Keep in mind the red line represents the path the void is taking to find an entity; if you have any entites that the void comes in contact with, your map is leaked. Your hole should be somewhere along the pointline.
