Good grief people over react. I got beaned with a rock when I wah younger, and the worst that happened to him was he called me and made a fake, forced apology. Kids will be kids, and while she may have thrown that rock with the intention of hurting the kid, I seriously doubt it was with the intent to cause permanant harm.

Kids will be kids in these kind of situations, those are family matters, not government matters

We would throw clay at each other as well, it is just things kids do really. I got into trouble at primary school for throwing stones

Everybody FINALLY came to their senses in this case.  The young girl avoided trial when prosecutors and defense came to an agreement.  What will she have to do?  Discuss the matter with her "victim" under supervision from both sides parents.  Wich, really, should have been done from the start.
