How do i setup my server & cfg file so any body connecting to me downloads all my maps and stuff from a web hosted site that ive just subscribed to, thanks in advance.

In your config file you should have a line statement like the following: set sv_allowDownload "0" <------ Does Not Download Setting this line to "0" disables download however when you set it to "1" your players can download maps for your server. set sv_allowDownload "1" <------- Does Download That's it in a nutshell. Bare in mind that setting this cvar to enable downloads also cuts into bandwidth and shouldn't be a final solution, always better to download the maps on their own. More cvar settings in this tut here. Cheers
