hey i nee help with my txtures. whever i try to use a texture such as 3cement under "common" , all that shows up are red and black boxes sayin "shader image missing". plx help lol

unpacking the textures works but actually gtk can be set to where it reads textures right from the pk3 files, some people have trouble getting it setup properly to do this. the reason is that the installation program for gtk uses XML [i think] to dynamically create the configuration files, but these files are generated improperly. sof2\base\textures becomes sof2\\base\\textures and of course since the path is wrong it cant find the files. you can edit these configuration files yourself or i have made a "testpatch" you might try. its in the FAQ sticky topic about fixing radiant bugs.
