COMING SOON! I won't be the first to have written Astar for cod2 (selbie has already done it), but unlike the person who's already written it, I will be publishing my script(s) here! So come one, come all to see this famous algorithm in cod2! for those of you out there that mod/player cod2, selbie is the guy that knows everything about modding and is a super freak at it (compliment). But he NEVER publishes scripts

But he NEVER publishes scripts Most known bot mods that were made before Selbie's mod are: Meatbot, pezbot, reign of the undead, btd. As i know Selbie wasn't making everything alone, most of his work is "Copy & Paste".

Scripting is mostly copy-pasting, as everything you can create is already tutorial'ed somewhere. Most of the scripting part is actually USING code you found somewhere, not creating own code. (like i rewrote the sprint mode tally made a while ago to make it compatible with my knifing mod (yes, real knifing in cod2 :D))

Scripts are throwing life in CoD, you wouldnt play S&D or spawn with weapon without scripts. They are written by us and other modders should respect each other modders. Using any part of script without author's permission is illegal and it is just killing the community. Most CoD2 mods shouldn't be created. For example, when i was playing CoD2 i wanted to find really good zombie server to have some fun but it just pissed me that every zombie server looks THE SAME AS OTHERS, what the fu** is wrong with guys modding CoD2? Can't they really design their own mods, write their own scripts and create their own assets? Of course, they can but copying is easier.
