well i finde video how to import model in cod2 but what i need is model of body from cod2 to make my models right in scale for cod2. Is there anybody who can do that for me...?

The player is 72 units high. And if I remember correctly, the scale is 1:1 with Maya and 3DS Max. You could always make a temporary model (a box) and import it then see what scale is in game. Then tweak it if needed.
