i want to knwo if there is some way that you can make a conveyor belt if it can be done, and if so how. i want to place models on the belt to move with it. can it be done ?

damn... well i thought maybe somehow i can rig somethign to work like a windmill would but as for moving models not sure i will check out the scripting link thanks

The first ones are tough, you'll pull your hair out. But it gets easier.

Check out the map "amusement park". They played around with all sorts of different movements (up-down elevator, circular carousel, back-forth train, etc).

Start simple and build from there. Don't try to do too much the first time. Kinda like the first time you made a map, make a room and a spawn and away you go...

ya actually i did download that map and check it out. but i figure if i want to move alot of things at the same time and blah blah blah its going to be extreamly diffcult. and scripting aint my best thing. lol hmmmm i will check it out make a small demo map and mess around with it see if i can get anything to work for me. thanks again

Hi folks, my Son Azz made Amusement Park just mainly to practice scripting.

Start with this tutorial on moving things as he did and you wont go far wrong.

Yeah, that map (amusement park) is a great idea-generator for anyone wanting to move "stuff". Plus I like camping on the anti-tank gun[sniper]

Yup he learned a lot from making that map, Please ppl, also check out the map I made for cod uo. Battle for Duklar Pass in the downloads section for uo maps. In there I have two cliff railway things that move on a sloping axis. Azz did the scripting for that too. (I just sat and watched) lol

Best move we made was to print out that tutorial for easier reference. Its such a good tut that even I can understand it.
