I can add em easy no prob. When i go to render all it does it normal thing thena new bar pops up then its about 3/4ths done and it says This program is not responging and must be shut down im almost done with my first arena map but... i cant render (or whatever) if it keeps crashing whenever i do it..... kiss my [moon] you crashing ED.. soo mad....hopefully one of you can help me fix it.

same error here.

I get a popup progress with the title "undefining" then the program crashes.

I made a simple room with a player start, zoneinfo for lighting, and the weaponbase. I (hind end)igned a weapon, saved and compiled. The editor crashed.

I removed the weaponbase and recompiled. The editor did not crash.

I will do some looking around for the cause and solution. If I find anything, I will report back here.

I haven't applied the editor patch yet. Does that mean what you all are experienceing could be fixed witht the patch?

Applied the patch, all it was was an older version of a dll. The xweaponbase worked fine even with the little sparklie lights.

Yes you should never have antivirus enabled while installing anything, thats asking for problems. On another note, never play your game with an antivirus enabled, kills framerates
and lags you out.

some may not notice the lag but its there due to AV software checking the incoming packets.
