He couldnt stay in power, even the Republican party wouldnt let him blatently throw the Constitution to the wind. Also, I may not like Bush, but even he isnt stupid enough to ever try that, I have to give him that.

When it would not fly, he pardoned 'Richie' Mark Rich (on the FBI top 10 most wanted list). Then he and his wife 'thighs' stole the White House furniture.

I don't think it very likely for Bush to try for a 3rd term.  Though if something like a nuclear war were to happen, he might stick around.  If only for the rest of the eleven minutes the world had left.

Clinton did this when he was out of office though and wasnt really referring to himself. The idea was that no President can serve any mor then two consecutive (back to back) terms and a President can only serve a total of 3 terms total. The idea behind it (if I recall) was incase a situation arose that the current President could not handle, but a past President, who under the current system is not elidgeable to run again, had the expirence and could handle it, that they'd have the option to run.

Besides, Bill wouldnt run for President again anyway, he'll be back in the White House as the First Man in '08!

If that happened, I think they should still call him the first lady. Just for fun
