Been seeing this girl for 2 months tomorrow. We're going to celebrate it by having a fun afternoon at a local fair. 2 months is nothing that major really.
HOWEVER.. i was wondering - would giving her a pink rose seem 2 much?

Do any of you buy anything like that for a 2month dating thing?

Never had 2 before, but this girl i really like. And she thinks im really sweet yay me lol.

I dont want to seem 'overly' nice or 'pussywhipped' as my mate keeps saying lol.

Thankees for any thoughts.

Give her a flower.  Doesn't have to be a rose.  Actually, a rose my be too "formal".  Give her something else and don't make a big friggin' deal out of it.   Something like this "Hey, got you something for your hat..."  and then get on with your date...

No sappy notes, no poems...  do you wite these things normally?  No?  Then don't start now.  Keep it "real" and have fun!

To me it seams like your trying to rush things, and to her that may mean you are obsessed with her in a icky way, and may dump you before something good can develop. I would go with a book by her favorite author.

You seriously think a book by her favorite author is less creepy than buying a flower?  :s8:

I don't claim to know much about women, but I don't see the logic behind that... And if you've actually got some kind of a relationship going, I don't see the harm in a flower... not like a whole freakin' boquet, but what's wrong w/ a flower?

nothing wrong with a single rose.  a red one would be too formal.  pink would be fine

A flower seams like it means some sort of commitment, a book is a little less personal.

Now a dictionary seams like a gift that Agent would give.

@Agent It has very little to do with logic.
